These tall socks are great to wear under my daughters ankle foot orthotic braces and are thin enough to be comfortable. They breathe and wear well, as well as wash well. Much more affordable than a lot of other options out there for us!

I have a one year old son (was about 11.5 months when I bought these) who wears an AFO on his right foot due to a birth defect. These socks are the perfect. They're long enough for the AFO and to flip it back over the top velcro strap so that it doesn't scratch him or me.
