Worry-Free Returns, Exchanges & Our Life of the Sock Guarantee

We want you to love your socks — and we know things change. Feet grow, braces change, plans shift. Here's how we make it right:

Refunds — 90 days. Return unworn socks (original tags and packaging) within 90 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is free anywhere in the United States — we'll send you a prepaid label. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Exchanges & store credit — a full year. Wrong size? New braces? For 365 days after delivery, we'll exchange unworn socks for a different size or design, or issue store credit — whichever you prefer. Free return shipping on these too.

The Life of the Sock Guarantee. If your socks ever develop a manufacturing defect — a seam that fails, a heel that wears through under a brace — we'll replace them, no matter how long you've had them. Same size, and if the original pattern has been retired, you pick from our current ones. (Covers defects, not socks that have been cut, dyed, or otherwise altered.)

Final Sale items aren't eligible for return or exchange — we'll always say so clearly on the product page.
