365 Day Return Policy
We offer FREE return shipping from anywhere in the United States. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Woodle & Co, you can return your regular or sale priced item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. Email us directly at Returns@WoodleCo.com with your order number to start your return.
Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Sorry, all Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, email us directly at Returns@WoodleCo.com. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet - contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Returns@WoodleCo.com.
FINAL SALE items (if applicable)
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately “final sale” items cannot be refunded.
